Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Laurence Grigorov has guided Laurence Martin Developments as executive director since 2003. A proponent of quality design and architecture, Laurence Grigorov manages all aspects of luxury residential developments in the city’s northern suburbs.

Grigorov’s latest sectional title development Coho comprises 24 units and is located in Sandton in Dunkeld West. The ultra-modern project encompasses penthouse units with private pools and gardens. The pool and clubhouse area for the entire complex is landscaped and features wood decking.

Prior to joining his current firm, he was director of the Johannesburg firm PPR Performance Filters and oversaw the design and production of aftermarket automotive performance filters. He also has past experience with Unilever as an engineer responsible for guiding manufacturing projects and providing engineering maintenance services.

Laurence Grigorov maintains a strong presence in his local community and contributes to a number of charities, including the Johannesburg Children's Home and the South African Council for the Blind.
